Alright.. long story short:
I bought a v6 with 186k miles on the odometer. Last it was registered, it said 130k miles. So the DMV (division of motor vehicle) has no idea what it has after that. I register it as 134k miles.
I do a v8 swap on it, put my old gauge cluster in, it reads 128k miles.

Now i am in the process of registering it as a collector car. DMV checks the odometer every year to make sure you don't exceed 3000k miles. But it gets me out of inspection and what not. So now i have to make my speedo say +134k miles, without driving it 6k miles.

Any suggestions. Its a 94. Its electric speed sensor.
