Unhappy No courtesy lights with passenger door open?

I noticed the other day that the courtesy lights would flicker when the passengers side door is open. Now,they won't come on at all with the pass. door open. They work fine with the drivers side door and the hatch. I checked fuses and even replaced the door switch, but it still doesn't work.Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: No courtesy lights with passenger door open?

Did you check the wiring to and from the switch? If you have a multimeter you can pull the switch out and see if you're getting voltage. If you don't get anything, take the positive lead and put it on a good positive source, and the same for the negative side to see which wire it is.

That's about the only thing I can think of, it should all be one system other than the switch and wires.
