No brake lights or hazards. Fuse is good

So my brake lights decided they they wanted to stop working. Ive already checked the fuses and i checked the wiring at the fuse panel, the wiring at the switch, and the switch itself. Both of the turn signals work and the fuse is good. I checked for voltage at the light socket itself and im not getting any voltage when i operate the brake pedal. My hazards dont work either and i know they work off the same wire. How can i check the hazard circuit and where is the flasher unit?

Figured it out, the fuse panel was wrong.
