No bottom end

I recently had my heads and intake ported and pollished, put headders and underdrives on it and now i have no torque when i try to take off. any ideas on what it could be?

stock cam and we re tuned it once.

My guess would be the 2.02 valves are too much for the cam. It prolly runs good past 2500 or so right?
