New headers=new noise

Does anybody have any tricks to get rid of, or at least deaden, vibrations from a new exhaust sys? I notice quite a bit of vibration when the headers have warmed up, but none when its cold. Maybe some heat wrap, or RTV somewhere would help. I realize that I probably won't get rid of the noise, but right now its sounds pretty bad at certain RPM's. Thanks!

p.s I am running SLP long tubes into Random cats into Corsa exhaust

I start with just finding exactly where the noise is comming from. Would be nice if you could get a hoist, and after everything is all warmed up, have someone run it through the RPM range you said is really bad. Might be something as simple as a couple loose nuts and bolts..

An exhaust leak can cause a lot of noises and vibrations. Check that out as well.

An easy way to get rid of exhust noises after new install is to: 1 when its COLD loosen up the exhust at the Y-Pipe jam a 2x4 between the intermediate pipe and the tunnel brace. 2 tighten up every bolt and clamp. 3 tighten up the Y-Pipe last 4 knock out the 2x4. Its worked for me on a zillion cars over the last 30 years. Especially all 3 of my 4 gen f-bodys.<damm single exhusts> OOpps did I type that outloud???
