New Exhaust & Emissions in PA

So when I get back from this desert, I'm gonna replace my whole exhaust.
I want to go with LT's but in PA they do the visual which means that everything has to be in the stock locations, right? Cats are all I'm worried about, I don't mind having them but I can't have them in the stock location with LT's. I want to do 3" true duals with LTs, electric cutouts, high flow cats and dynomax bullets.
Now, would using shorties with bigger primaries be almost the same as using a normal LT? If so then I can go ahead and do this exhaust and still be legal!
Please let me know what you think.
P.S. breath some american air for me. And burn some rubber, too!

Shorties aren't going to get you the same results as LT's. I'd call http://www.rapidmotorsports.com/ since they're in your state and see what they do. I know there are PA cars with LT's. It's just who you know I guess.

I assume that you are in the Air Force? If that is the case...thank you for what you do for our country! It is well appreciated!

Now...down to business. As far as I know (I have a couple of race cars up in your neck of the woods, that get driven on the street), that the same goes for you as us down hear in york county, ODBII (97 and up) receives readiness testing only...no visual. I will try and verify, but you should be good to go.

When I lived 40 mins outside of Philly 4 years ago, I had to pass the sniffer every year with my '99.
