Question Re: new clutch

hey im very sorry about that, I really dont know how i forgot that its a 97 ss 6 speed has about 49xxx on it now um i replaced all the breaings in the clutch and also i had to replace some seals and like i said its only on like a normal take off seams to do it alittle more on a hill and turning but doing all 3 at once and only if you let it all the way out makes the noise for maybe ten seconds at the very most maybe once a week. I really hope some one dont tell me its the way i let it out because its done it to more then jusy me kinda sounds like a spooling sound like a rrreeeettttt noise i really dont know
thanks guys

Re: new clutch

Can you post a link to the unit you bought? I assume it came with a friction disk, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing.

Are you sure the throwout bearing was installed correctly(with the retaining ring and such)? Who installed the unit and were all the proper torque values for all the bolts used in the install(extremely important!!!)?
