Need help quick...Where does this wire go.....

Just got finished installing new alarm, which is a major FPITA by the way.
I have this wire hanging don and cant see where it goes. I definitely did not disconnect it. I almost think its hanging idle. Its is a 2 wire (black/white & light brown).
Any ideas?

There are two switches at the top of the clutch pedal lever.... one for the interlock that senses the clutch is on the floor when you try and start the car, and another for the cruise control release when you push in the clutch. Are wires connected to both those switches?

My car has the exact same plug hanging loose i believe it was for some option or something as my car was bone stock when i got it and its always been hanging loose.
