this happen to anyone else?

anyone know of a fix other than pushing them back down all the way when the wipers aren't on?

 

are they maybe just out of adjustment? or it could be just the wiper motor is going out? that's a couple things i would check...i havn't had problems with mine yet so i don't really know the exact workings of them but i've worked on wipers on other vehicles
