Any exhaust shop can fix your leak. The only thing that an exhaust leak can do, is make your car run richer. It depends if the leak is before the O2 sensors. If it is after the sensors, it shouldn't hurt performance. Basically, the sensors will detect more air, and it will send a signal to your PCM to send more fuel to compensate, thus making your car run rich, and may foul your plugs sooner.

How true that statement is. I had an exhaust leak in the slip tube on my Hooker headers and it was making my car run extremly rich until I fixed the problem. The fix made a world of a difference.

But it also depends of how BIG the leak is.

Both my header flanges have leaks (I know for sure from carbon deposits) however, from dyno runs, I know that my A:F ratio is perfect.

So if you have a tiny leak somewhere that your can't even hear... I wouldn't worry about it.
