lt1 tune

Does anyone in the Houston area tune lt1 engines. I haven't had any luck so any info would be greatly appreciated.

There are some members here who live in Texas I believe.Do you mean tune up as in maintenance or a special tune for some bolt-ons? What ever you do don't go the dealer.They looked at me like I'm nuts.(I'm in Ca.).Might find a Corvette repair place that knows the LT1.Hope this helps.

How exotic are the engine mods? If they are simple bolt-ons, a mail order tune from the right shop can net you 90-95% of gains you could get from a dyno tune.

For hard core performance mods, head/cam, power adders:

Moe Bailey
