Ok guys looking at rebuilding an old LT1 from the local pick and pull. I can get the long block for $159. I'll build it while the stock one is in the car so I can just swap it when the time comes. I am going to go with the efi connections LS1 pcm and install their coil on package which comes with a new engine harness for the individual coils. Now the question is should I be looking for a certain year LT1 or should they all work? Will there be certain sensors that I have to add to an early block that would just be easier to go for a 96-97 obd2 block?
