LT1 Intake Port ID?
Hey Folks,
I'm slowly working on getting my L98 W/ LT1 intake installed, and I was hoping someone could shed some light on some of the vacuum ports sprouting all over the thing. Originally this install was carb'd, so I'm fuel injecting (Megasquirt) it as well as converting to the LT1 intake, so I'm doing everything from scratch and not sure which ports I need.
Here are the pics of my intake installed:
I've been scouring the forums for close ups, and my 3rd gen Haynes manual, and so far all I've been able to ID is the breather port on the right-hand side of the TB.
1. brake booster?
2.??
3.??
4.??
5. FPR vacuum reference?
6. ??
Also, could someone tell me if the throttle cable is passing through the bracket in the right place (I know it's not bolted down, and the cable needs to be cut down)? It seems like an odd angle, I assume I'm supposed to attach the cable to the front of the throttle cam instead of to the two arms on the cam? One I'm sure is for a kickdown cable...the other?
Thanks for any light that you can shed.

You need to become familiar with "Shoebox's Tech Aides" page:
http://shbox.com/1/component_location_views.html
5 is the FPR vacuum line, and 6 is the connection for the vacuum to the heater/AC control system.
What year is your intake from? There are differences between the 92-94 connections and the 95-97 connections. On the 92-94 cars, there is no Opti vacuum line. Instead, the PCV hose is a short u-bend back to the nipple where the Opti connects on the 95 and up manifolds.

Woohoo. Thanks for that. I had the Shoebox site bookmarked on my old laptop, but then couldn't find it no matter what search terms I used.
Thanks.
EDIT:
It's been a while since I got it and converted it, but I think it's a '94.
