ls1 heads on lt1?

ls1 heads on lt1?

is it possible to have ls1 heads on lt1 in some way of a conversion? if so how much work is it?

Don't think there is much of any way to make them work since they are of a totally different design.

Back when the LS1 was about to show up on the Camaro/corvette I remember reading somewhere that the LS1 parts were not interchangeable with other small blacks due to being of a totally new design.

I doubt that swap is possible.

Ive heard of putting LS1 heads on SBF blocks with some modification...

now wouldnt that be weird... I think the car would end up looking something like THIS:

I was going to say LS1 heads we be easier to put on ford but didnt know people have tried.

The time, engineering, machining and money (money to pay for the time, engineering, and machining) wouldn't be worth it, just to put LSx heads onto an LTx block. Just buy the LSx engine and be done with.
