Looking at 2000 Z28...what do you think?

I've been shopping for a Z or TA for several weeks now. I haven't quite found the one I want seems a few years ago you could find them anywhere. I knew I wanted an LS1. Knew I wanted a black one with ttops. So I found one today. Its a 2000 Z, black, ttops, 48k miles. Its only $11,800. I haven't had a chance to go look at it or talk to them but I'm pondering why its so cheap. Blue book is around 15k. My sister bought her jeep liberty from the same dealership (new) and said the service was outstanding so I don't think they'd be selling junk. Any ideas as to why its so cheap?

Some places just mark cars up for summer/availability. They might have got it as a trade and just want to get it off the lot for a newer car. Is it a chevy dealer or a jeep dealer? If its not a chevy dealer I bet they just don't want it hanging around. Maybe it has no power options and is cloth...thats reason for a lower price.
