Hope you guys could help me out. I have a 95 z28 and something is not right. I will start the car and it will run smooth for about 10 seconds then stall. Ill wait a second start it back up and drive wherever I need to. This has been going on for about a week now. Today it did this and after it started again the engine light came on. I dont know where to start...is it the fuel pump? Opti? Plugs and wires were changed not to long ago, cap and rotor a while ago, i dont know what else it could be. The car has about 160xxx miles on it and as far as i can see its the same fuel pump.

 

You start by getting it scanned to find out what the light is about. It could be a fuel presssure issue, too. You will need a fuel pressure test gauge to tell.
