Latitude Wiper Blades

Has anyone used those new wiper blades like the rain-x latitude blades on their fourth gen? I don't if they'll fit or not because of the thicker ends they have compared to regular wiper blades.

I don't know about the Latitudes, but I tried the Bosch Icons and one other brand that were in that same style and neither would fit my 97's wiper arms. The way the J hook comes in from underneat instead of over the top is why they wouldn't fit. From what I understand, the 98+ wiper arms are different.

All that to say: The only way you'll know is to go to the store and try them to be sure. Try putting one on in the parking lot so if they don't fit, you can just return them right on the spot.

93-97 feature the reverse hook. 98+ are different You have to use a blade that feature the miniture arms. Blades like the Bosch Icons won't work on the early fourth gens. Have the Icons on my DD, they're pretty good so far, havent had them on there that long. They don't work well when trying to clear ice off of the windshield but ur not supposed to use wipers for that anyway.

That makes me a sad panda. I really like the clean look of the Icons and their similar counterparts, and I would happily spring for them on both of my Camaros if I could have them. Sigh...

I tried pretty much every wiper they had at walmart, including the latitudes, and none of them worked for me... they all had some place where they didnt touch the window... I had to get some factory replacements at napa to get a good fit on my car.

Get yourself some Tryco wipers. Best ones out there. I had nothing but problems with Bosch, they didn't put enough pressure on the blade and it missed spots on the windshield. Not a problem with the Trycos, and they don't squeak or stick when dry.
