Itching for more HP.

Right now, at the rear wheels, I am doing 398HP, 404 ft/ibs. I want more. And my mommy although not my wife said I could have more.

Currently I have ARE stage 1 heads and cam, 160 thremostat, K & N filter with their surround. SLP Maf, Sub Frame connectors. Moser 12 bolt, with 393's.
Kooks long tube headers, with cat back exhuast.

Yes, I know I have some money in the car, but I love driving it. So what should I do next?

Maybe, I was think more long term. Light weight, Nos has some added costs with it. Maybe different rocker arms, not sure looking for other people's input, but certainly worth considering.

99 SS, with M6, I do not have the specs for the cam close at hand, but they are relatively mild.

bigger cam and/or nitrous.... if u want better times... weight reductions (remove a/c, Remove back seats, get light weight racing seats, get draglight racing wheels, etc) also drag radials. thats all i can think of off the top of my head

Google it.

It weighs like 25 pounds less than a normal wet cell battery.
100 punds is 10th.

I've also heard those batteries aren't the best for daily driver applications.

They're not meant for daily driving duties. If you don't mind switching batteries on race day, then they're fine and get the job done.

I'm with everyone else, bigger cam or it's time for some good ol' fashioned forced induction!
