Installing my moroso c.a.i

I just got a Moroso Cold air intake, and im f body illiterate. The place where i believe the hose from the air pump would plug in is completly siliconed. and it has a new K&n filter. Any one have some tips? This looks ver easy. So somthings gotta be wrong. Any help i can get is appreciated.

Yea there should be a tube for the air pump. If its blocked either drill it out or delete you're entire air pump system.

What are the pro's and cons of deleting the whole air pump system?

The pros are you are going to have less engine clutter and a small weight reduction but thats about it. The cons, you are going to need to tune the system out of the PCM to avoid a Service Engine Light and you might decrease the lifespan of your catalytic converter.
