Inspection question again

If I install my pacesetter LT's, a high flow cat and a hooker cat back will that pass visual inspection in NY? Its only a visual inspection on 95 and older. Will the relocation of the cat make it fail?

I have a 94z28.

Its kind of a hit or miss. If the inspector knows what he is looking for then yes you can technically fail if the cat. is relocated. Also, if you have the cat. placed at the end of the y-pipe, then it may not be nearly as efficient either and it may have trouble with the sniffer test as well.

Yes it could cause you to fail but I think most inspection stations don't pay attention to where the cat is. You would be better off running dual cats as well.
