Info on a 96 Camaro SS

I was mainly just trying to figure out what the stock SS' horsepower is to the wheels... I keep hearing all these different answers of horsepower but I figured I would ask people that maybe have a stock one or know the stats of it...

The SS was rated at 305hp average. Minus drive train loss give you some where around 260hp depending on if it's an auto. or stick.
This is just an average and can very considerably!

realize that the main "hp adding" mod that the SS had was the ram air....and that won't do anything on a dyno

so basically they dyno pretty much the same as any other LT1

25-260rwhp is a good estimate.

One quick question, was the ram air the only performace option on the SS's or was there something else?
