I cant find any place to find the bezel that holds the bottom of the shifter boot to the console for a 96 trans am 6-speed. I have tried the dealership, ebay, salvage yards, etc. Help if you can thanks

 

There is someone on another site, who makes replacements out of bent wire. I don't think the factory sells them any more. A "search" might turn up a link to the source.

You may have to buy a leather Shift Boot from them, but they do say they have the frame to hold it on as an available option.

I just registed yesterday so this is my first post here, anyway...
rta6spd, I'm not familiar with the TA shifter console, I know the camaro consoles changed over the years but, if it's like a 93 Camaro, I have a car I'm parting out and just took it off this afternoon. I believe it's in perfect condition. If it will work for you let me know.
