They come in all kinds of colors, they arent all white

Cut out the verbal assaults and threats, or I'm sure Debler would have a valid reason for banning you.

Mike

I never ONCE claimed the car came from the factory with a 5-speed auto. It's an ex-highway patrol car, with 4 previous owners. Never made a threat either-- pay attention and you might learn something.

LOL by the way, I'm not sure Jason liked being called "Debler" as if you two are best friends since childhood. Nice one slick.

Now I will stop posting in this thread, because obviously cars which have been customized are beyond the realm of reality on this message board. LOL Grow up a tad, and maybe some day it will dawn on you that simply because YOU haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. "People like that make me laugh."

LOL careful what you say in this thread--- if it's not white it never existed and you must be a liar, according to some.

Shouldn't be hard to find out if I run across him. There have been many cars with much more sophisticated mods than just a transmission and its accessories. Of course, for someone who's wrecked or sold every car he's owned, I'm not surprised you don't know much about modified cars, and the passion and great lengths many people go to for their cars.

Easy with the personal attacks there killer or your time here will be severly shortened, and I want you around so I can say I told you so. You obviously don't know very much about me, so don't try and act like Mr. Tough Guy.

I know plenty about modified vehicles, obviously more then you, but that's not what this thread is about. Again, provide pics/said information, or just shut up, thanks.

Likewise.

And furthermore, I knew BS would be called, but how was I to know someone would be arrogant enough to tell me it doesn't exist?

Re: How fast are Highway Patrol LS1's?

That would never happen in NJ or PA, where I am from, but wow, nice car.
I'd be really pissed if I lived around there and they used my tax money to modify a car thats already faster then 95% of others on the road. Especially considering it has an NX system which im about 99% you're not allowed to have with an open bottle on public roads, and if its not used, why spend tax dollars on it.

it doesn't settle anything. Nobody is saying its impossible, I'm just saying you friend doesn't have a 5 speed auto in his fbody, but I guess you can't let that seep into your skull.

You can swap anything into anything with enough time and money, I'm just saying your buddy hasn't that is all. Prove me wrong and I'll gladly walk away with my tail between my legs.

I was about to say.....your comparing apples to oranges here.

Those swaps in that link you posted, are complete powertrain swaps. The Engines are GM, and the trannies are GM.

Your talking about installing a transmission that was never installed behind an ls1. Not only do you have to come up with the completely custom bellhousing, but you have to get the shifter, the computer(and programming), as well as the stuff to connect everything......Hell, you still have to find the damned tranny it's self.

I'm gonna have to back up blue89bird here.........I'll give ya $100 also, but I have to see it in person. I only live a few hours from you, and could stop by on my way down south.

You game?
