Sub frame connectors should help some of the interior rattling but if the exhaust is hitting the bottom of the car try replacing your motor mounts.

 

im very confident its no exhaust hitting, im now thinking its my driveshaft, i rotated it yesterday and it made a big differnce but still vibrates. I thinking i going to see what is a better way to go , balance that or get a ls1 ds.
