how do I take apart trans am seats?

I picked up a set of 01 trans am leather seats with lumbar and all that. I also have some seat heaters that I am going to put in, but I don't know how to remove the leather seat cover.

Any ideas? I got the four screws on the top and bottom of the plastic back piece but it's still held on, apparently by the two buttons on the sides. What's the deal with the hog pins I keep hearing about?

The plastic buttons are just covers that go over the screws. They'll pop right off so you can get to the screws. You're also refering to hog rings. They're little rings that hold the seat cover to the foam. You'll have to cut the rings to get the cover off.
