Long tubes and true duals.
In my opinion its the only way to go.

Re: Hooker long tub headers??

I have Hooker LTs right now. I have always loved the sound of Hookers on any car they have that distinct "rackback" that sounds awesome. They do hang low though and even on my stock height car if I'm not careful I will bottom out on some speed bumps. I have been wanting a new muffler and I think im goin with the hooker too!

Teke184 has the Hooker/Flow Tech's and they seem to tuck up there pretty good...as far as ground clearance goes.

I've always been a big fan of the Hooker catback. Can't go wrong running Hooker from front to back.

Re: Hooker long tub headers??

to be perfectly honest, i bought the car after the tune was in it. Therefore i couldnt tell you the difference but i hear nothing but good things and it is necessary after some mods to get a tune. ill be back in a few minutes with a sound clip..

edit* heres some.. nothing real good ill work on that today but something for the time being..
burnout clip-gives you an idea i suppose

Re: Hooker long tub headers??

Mad Z28 did a great job on my Z. No problems at all, the car runs cooler and along with the LT headers the top end was really woken up
