Do you think this could be the switch is bad? When I turn the switch on to the fog light position, all the lights that should come on do, like the fogs, tail lights, gauge cluster and side lights. However, when I turn it to the headlight position, all the lights except my actual headlights go out. The lights worked fine about 4 days ago, but when I tried to drive last night, they didnt work

 

I would agree that its the switch. You can switch it out easy enough to test, or maybe just grab a multimeter and see if the switch does what it is supposed to when out of the car.

 

I think you're confusing the parking light switch position with the fog lights. The fog lights operate by a different switch (toggle switch). It does sound like you have a problem with the rotary light switch if your tail and side markers go out when the switch is selected to the headlight position.
