header leak

I just recently finished installing my headers and I sprung a exhaust lead on the drivers side header. It sounds like crap right now, but my question is would it hurt my car if I drove it with the leak untill I get it fixed?

Re: header leak

It will just ruin the gasket and put burn marks on the headers. Not to mention you'll small gas through the heater vents when they are on. Forgot to mention your gas mileage will go down.

Re: header leak

There's also a possibility that you could burn a valve if it's bad enough.
