They don't act right, when they go up and down, no noise, work as they should, but a lot of the time one will stay down or not go down once up. No matter how many times you flip the switch, plug or unplug them, same problem. Some times its the passenger and other times its the driver, if it wont go down, it doesnt make any noise or any thing, just acts as if it was unplugged. Some times they work fine, what possible things do I need to look at?
