Glovebox light

i could have sworn i had a light in my glove box, opened it up tointe and there was no light. Anyone have a good way to access the light and what size bulb does it take? Im lazy and i didnt even try to look for the light.

Anyone experience changing bulb in glovebox, im just wondering what size bulb?

Re: Glovebox light

I believe it's a 194 bulb. The light is behind the switch on the right-hand side of the glovebox. I couldn't see it, so I just had to feel for it.

Re: Glovebox light

The bulb is a 194 and i believe there is no lense cover. I had to take my stock one out and build a bracket for my TA dash because the bracket was broke off on my new TA dash. I'm all to familar with the glovebox light. The bulb is located in the switch that is activated by the door. Just look for the little switch and you'll find the bulb.

Re: Glovebox light

Mine works intermittently because the plate that contacts the bulb was all corroded. Never really fixed it the right way but hey, that what summer time is for.

Re: Glovebox light

Nothing needs to be taken out, just feel for it behind the switch. It may just be loose so try tightning it before you replace it.
