i got quoted 500 installed does that sound fair?

Not to bad at all thats about right. You can always cut a hole just behind the backseat to take it out. Just another thought. Do a search on fuel pump replacement if you want to see that thats all about.

I've been quoted $240-$410, just for the pump, so that's not too bad.
