Friggin driver window again

I just replaced my driver side power window motor and now it's about to die again I want to know if i can get the power from my battery, so it speeds up the process? Would this be possible for my driver side window?

Have you tired the motor modification? There is a copper contact strip inside the housing that can be soldered at the contact points to eliminate the resistance feature. The resistance is built in so if someone gets their fingers caught in the window, the motor will only be able to exert to much force. Over time, these contacts weaken and you get less and less window speed. Maybe Shoebox has the mod at his site?

That kit works. I didn't buy it - but I did that mod quite a while ago with the materials I collected myself.
