Flatbed tow

Anyone ever had to get their Z on a flatbed tow truck. I have a wings west body kit on my 94 and was thinking that if i ever needed to get a tow it would be almost impossible to do without taking off the front of the car.
Anyone got some ideas on how you could tow these things?

Thanks

Had mine put on a flatbed about a month ago. I dont have a body kit on it but it was low as it was. Luckily the truck driver was experienced with F-bodies and put some wood blocks down to for the front tires to ride up on before it got to the back of the truck. It helped but was still tight, just barely scraped the ground. This was pulling it from the rear, so the front end was on the rear of the truck. Had to pull it out of a parking space.

if the driver knows what he's doing it shouldn't be an issue.

a friend of mine has a very very low '86 TA that they can get on a flatbed. they have to use lots of wood to do it, but they did it without scraping (had fresh $15k paint job too).

they also got my 5.0 on them fine and it was lowered close to 3".

I would think alot of it would have to do with the driver as well. I saw a case on Court TV where a tow truck company was being sued because they improperly towed a Camaro and ripped off the catback exhaust. This car was at stock ride height and had no ground effects on it as well. I would call up a few towing companies and ask them if they are capable of towing a car such as yours.

agreed, you might get lucky and find a company with the type of truck that is perfect for low cars(the bed slides down the rails, and almost lays on the ground, probably about a 5 degree incline)
