i have seen alot of camaros with the same problem. where the door and fender meet down on the bottom there is a gap where the fender has pushed out. how do i fix this? i heard from a friend that there are two bolts but when i look under that part of the fender the only bolt i see the heads of the bolts are facing toward me.(laying next to car) i don't see how those are the bolts but I think I need a little help. thanks guys

There are two bolts that fasten the fender just behind the front wheel - should be vertical to the ground. If the tab (that the bolts connect to) is bent it'll push the fender out. The fix is to remove the bolts if you can, get the tab back to vertical, then reinstall the bolts. Usually happens when someone jacks the car up at the wrong spot.
When the car is serviced, they need to be careful to raise the pads on the lift arms enough so the arms of the lift don't hit the fender tabs.

I know this thread is a year old... The lower rear of my front fender was bulging out more than an inch because the car had bottomed hard over an obstacle.
I used a section of 2X6" lumber supported so that it was horizontal and rested it evenly against the fastening bolt heads that go through the fender and flange. With a few careful hammer hits on the 2X6 the flange was bent back to the original position. The bottom of the fender now aligns perfectly with the door.
