Fan on and off temp

What is the on and off temps for the fans on a 95 lt1?

it's pretty high, something like 215 on, 210 off.

stock thermostat is 195

226° for low speed and 235° for high speed. Off temp is 5° cooler.

Stock thermostat is 180° for all LT1s.
