Hey all i am looking at buy a 1996 Firebird Forumla 6speed Coupe. I live in Wis. I know there are a few Countys still Way up north that dont require Emmission Testing. And i have planed on haveing the car list'd for main use in one of these countys i know a few other guys that do this as well. Incase i cant My Question is this a 96 with OBDII do they just normel just Plug it and test for emmissions? Can you just tune the PMC to Pass the Emmission test? as for the car i dont plan on nothing crazzy for now. but i dont want to have to worry about emmissions as once i set a county resident for the car i cant change it untill the car is sold with out a address. If any one that lives in wis and/or knows more info about this please drop me the 411. Or any other Emmission information that might help me for a 96 Forumla
