Electrical Problems? 93 LT1 Camaro...HELP!!!

First problem: The car keeps blowing the fuse on the positive cable running to my amp in the trunk. It happens consistently, less than a minute after starting my vehicle. I've had this system for several months, so I don't know how it could be something mechanically bad...

Second Problem: The cooling fans will not kick on. I've already replaced the relays, and neither fan still kicks on. I jumped the terminals for both cooling fans, and they both kicked on no problem. A friend suggested that I may have a fusable link somewhere on my starter wire, which may have gone bad. Another guy thought that the fuse box could be corroded and needing replacement...

Third Problem: Car runs like SH*T @ ~3500 RPM, significant power loss at both full throttle and partial acceleration, cuts out bad too (above 3500), HOWEVER, if the car is not under a load (in Neutral), it'll rev to 6k+ smoothly w/o problems. The only SES code the car is throwing is 43, which is the ESC (electronic spark control), aka "knock sensor". I haven't tested the wires or sensor yet. Could it be my fuel pump going out? Could it be the stock pump can't keep up with my heads/cam/injectors setup? I never had a fuel problem in the past...The only recently added parts include some Bosch spark plugs (not the +4's), and a DELTEQ "Opti-Replacement" Ignition System. Any ideas???
