Electrical Issues ::::help::::

it seems that My ECU is shuting off my cooling fans and my A/C after about 5-10 minutes of driving if that long. But if you let it sit and idle it does not do it.
at first thought I thought it might have been a relay so to be on the safe side i replaced them ALL. (better safe than sorry) Well that did not change a thing. So now I am thinking a shirt maybe? that the ECU is detecting and causeing it to shut these things off to prevent damage maybe???

anyone ever have this same problem or something simular to it?
Thanks
James

BTW it is a 94 Z28

What's the coolant temp look like when this happens?

I'd suspect the fans are only on because the A/C is on. When the A/C shuts off for some reason (inadequate high side pressure???) the fans shut off as well, as they would normally do is the coolant temp wasn't over 226degF..

it looks normal right about 200-210 just had a brand new water pump and radiator installed, Both were in pretty bad shape, I am thinking it may be one of the cooling fans, When I bypass the relays for them you can hear of of them allmost like its sqeeking a little every once in a while.
