I've performed the Shoebox Fix for both replacing the motor and adjusting the retainers. I've pushed the brass clips on the top as far against the window and I possibaly could but the window still rattles like crazy from side to side.. ... What else should I check? the window motor itself?

 

My window track actually has a part that broke... I'd check that next?
