Do you have to take the bumper off to replace front signal light on a 1994 Camaro????

My 1994 Camaro Z28 front signal light has broken bulbs and lamp lense. I bought a new lamp, do i need to take off my bumper to get in there? I will be putting in the new lights and new lamp housing/lense.

how do i do this? any tips or walkthrus available from you guys on what i need to do?

thanks so much!

i know sometimes its a lot of work with these cars but in the end its worth it.

under the bumper cover in front of the wheel wells, there are plastic sheilds with a bunch of bolts holding them in place. If I remember right, they are 10mm. you can access the turn signal bulbs from there.

Just drive the wheel up onto a house brick or block of wood, you'll only need to raise the car up a few inches. As already stated you just need to remove the plastic cover and then you can reach up from underneath. If I remember correctly the actual lamp unit is held in there with three screws.Should take you about 30 mins tops .
Regards,Mark.
