Difference between a regular block and a ltx block.

I dont know the difference and I would like some help.

Reverse cooling for one...

Reverse cooling passageways. The front cover area is different. Hole for the water pump cam drive.

Depends on the year of the "regular" block. Could have a different rear main seal too.
