The top of my dash has started to rattle like crazy when driving, in the area directly behind the gauge cluster, near the edge with the A-pillar. I can actually watch the dash vibrate up and down as I drive. I've noticed that if I push down lightly with my finger it goes away.

I figured that maybe some of the Velcro had come apart, so I pulled the dash top off today, and found that all of the Velcro is intact. The only thing abnormal is that the foam is peeling away from the underside of the dash. Is there anything I can do to fix this rattle? I was thinking about just shoving some more foam in there....
