cylinders 5,7 misfire after driving HARD??

whenever i drive the car hard...rev it up past 4 or 5k rpms a few times, it will start to misfire at idle.

sometimes this happens a mile down the road from when i was reving it up.

i scan it and only cyl 5 and 7 miss.

i've changed plugs, wires, swapped coils (ls1), installed headers (since it started), swapped around injectors, and cleared teh computer.

now once it starts doing it...it's not constant. it will miss for a few seconds, then smooth out...then miss again...then smooth out...

it does this for a while then just magically fixes itself and runs great till i drive it hard again

i've tried everything i can think of...dealership time...any more ideas?
