Get a cutout.

I have two 3" cutouts.

They are right after my jet hot long tubes so I can go to open headers.

I have the ported heads and the chop happy 306 cam and it is just plain nasty when the cutouts are open.

 

Long Tubes with true duals reigns supreme over all other exhaust!

But before I had that, I had an electric cutout and absolutely loved it.
