to muffler or not?

to muffler or not?

stupid question but here it goes. guy at work has a new 4 wheel drive ripeed the muffler out and has duals from the cat back same as another guy with a dodge stealth their trying to get me to do the same. their's sound good and not too loud at least i dont think i just think it wouldnt be to cool on my z what do you guys think.

true duals are nice, but i tend to think they are loud because you usually have to end them before the axle...which causes alot of interior noise.

if you run them over the axles they are pretty badass.

i say it's up to you. maybe check out www.ls1sounds.com and look into the true duals sound clips.

True, in regards to the increased noise level in the intreior.

I have duals dumping in front of the axle and it can, on long drives, get annoying.
