Computer Controls

I have a 1984 Z28 and am taking out the 305, installing a new 350 from Chevy Performance Parts (300 HP, 4-bolt mains, 2-piece seals). I am also taking out any/all computers and the smog equipment, what little there is. In doing this, can I still use the stock cruise control or do I need to get a kit and make changes?

Thanks.

Cruise control has little to do with engine in the car other than maybe a vacuum hose hooked to the intake, which should not change as it is...going from one SBC to another.
