cleaning braided fuel lines?

Ok so I have some 6an and assorted fuel lines I have had laying outside for months under a car port. They came with my roller and were dirty from the get go... Anyway, I was wondering if there is something I can do to be sure they get cleaned out properly, inside and out. The last thing I want is some dirt clogging my injectors... Am I better off to buy all new hoses and fittings?

I have new o-rings but I dont know crap about braided lines, how to disassemble them etc...

Please advise!!

maybe run water through them from a hose, then blow compressed air through them. if you really wanna be sure pour a little gas through em.
