A/C and heater problem?

First my ac stopped blowing cold and I've just recently noticed that my heater doesn't work either.

What causes this? I thought I needed a recharge, but would that cause the heater to not work too?

Also when I had the heater blowing full I felt no air movement. Is this a compressor problem probably? I hope not.

the heat problem- It could be a number of things, fuse, fuses, fan switch, heater motor/fan motor, wiring, ect... did it blow heat? if not, heater core could be clogged.

the A/C problem- is the compressor kicking on when you turn the a/c on? if not, you can check the pressure in it, with mine, I had pressure, but funny thing, not coolant, so we had to bleed out the air pressure, and refill it, now it works great.
I also had a problem with my a/c not turning on due to a short in wiring connected with the enginge cooling fans.

Look at the AC clutch - does it engage when you switch the AC on? Feel the AC line - does it get cold? Feel the heater hoses - do they get hot? Can you hear the HVAC fan running, changing speeds as you rotate the ****? Does any air flow out of the upper and lower vents? If you can say "yes" to all the questions except the last one, it probably the vacuum line/system for the HVAC flapper doors.

From your very limited description, I'd guess its a vacuum problem, but you need to work your way through the analysis.
