a/c evap sensor
a/c evap sensor
The dtc 71 came up on the datamaster, and that is the a/c evap sensor failed. How hard is it to replace this sensor? If anyone knows where I can find a step by step, that would be very helpful.
Re: a/c evap sensor
No cold air blowing out. We recharged the a/c, and checked everything else. I thought at first it had something to do with the wiring harness, because there was no service light wasn't on, and I hooked the datamaster up to the car, turned on the a/c and this dtc 71 came on. Says it's the a/c evap sensor.
Re: a/c evap sensor
If you are refering to the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor it is located in the a/c line from the evap to the dryer...just unplug the connector and unthread it...the part number is 22664328 $55.45 Canadian...hope this helps...
