A/C control delete, anyone sell a blank panel

I am looking to delete my A/C system and get rid of my A/C controls as well. I would like to put a blank plate there which matches the interior plastics, so that greyish type plastic. I want this blank plate so that i can mount some switches....can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks...

What I did was went to the Home Depot and got some thin sheet metal and cut it to fit(with a dremel) where the AC controls went. Then I cut two holes in the sheet metal where the pins in the center bezel are to hold it to the dash. You can paint the sheet metal or leave like I did.

I also got this AC delete plate from Bilingsley Racing, it made it alot easier than making your own If you have limited tools http://www.billingsleyracing.com/interior_safety.htm

Wellll first things first.... I moved this off "LT1/LT4 Engine Tech" for the obvious reasons. PLEASE post on the correct forum.

Tech advice.... a thin sheet of aluminum, and a can of "Graphite" vinyl paint from The Eastwood Company will allow you to make a plate the same way I made the radio delete plate for my 94 Formula, and radio and AC panel deletes for a firend's 30th SS convertible:

Looks good Injuneer, I'm still undecided if I want to paint mine. Right know it's just a plain piece of aluminum.

I got a sheet of 16 guage aluminum (for the firewall, you can go thinner for radio and HVAC) and made my own blockoffs.
Its not hard to do, a dremel is great but tin snips will work in a pinch.
I just left mine natural.
I have not seen any companies make a blockoff for radio or HVAC controls.
Gotta step up sometime and start making your own parts. at least the easy ones like this.
If you can work a tape measure and tin snips its a piece of cake.
